PACHELEE Brand of Gods | Refund & Return Policy
At PACHELEE, we strive for excellence in every stitch. We want you to feel like a god in our gear, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items with visible signs of wear, perfume/detergent scents, or pet hair will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Final Sale/Clearance items.
-
Underwear or swimwear (if applicable).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal [Link to Portal] or email our support team at support@pachelee.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, we offer one free exchange per order (subject to stock availability).
6. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size, color, or a damaged item), PACHELEE covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns: For "change of mind" or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately to ensure your experience remains top-tier.
